All orders are shipped from Jordan via express delivery service from one of our shipping service providers.
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received the order and start the preparation process. In order to stay informed and informed of all the developments of your order, we will send an email with the tracking number. You can use the number to track the status of the shipment by clicking on the tracking number provided in the email. One of our shipping service providers will deliver the order directly to the door of your home or business during the usual working hours and days in your country. You can also collect the order from the nearest office of one of our shipping service providers. All you have to do is make sure you have the tracking number for your shipment.
In most cases, one of our shipping service providers will contact you to arrange a shipment delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery of the shipment, you will be left with a card that includes the date on which you can receive the shipment or you can arrange another date for re-delivery.
Delivery Charge outside Jordan
The shipping price of the order depends on the country you are buying from. Pricing details will appear when you make the purchase and select the country.
At Dr. Safi, we offer you a return service. If you wish to return any part of your order, you must inform us of this within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that the item is unopened. Return requests may be accepted after this period of time according to Dr. Safi’s terms.
Since we pay all duties and taxes directly to the government when the order arrives, we cannot refund any fees or taxes that were incurred on a returned order.

How to make a return
You can track return shipments in a clear and fast way. Follow the simple steps below:

4- Your returned shipment has arrived at our warehouse! Our team will make sure the parts are subject to the return conditions and the box is valid before confirming the process and this can take up to 3 days once it reaches our warehouse.
5- Communicate with the customer to return the price of the product
6- In the event of payment by credit card, we return the value of the returned items to your bank account, and it may take 14 days for the amount to appear in your account
